Unable to login to Reckon Customer Portal

I can not login to Reckon Customer Portal with my user name.
The error message has come out saying" This user name is not registered with Reckon."
Our company is  Reckon Accounts Hosted user and I am registered as Administrator.  
I have to setup for STP today.  Please help me.

    Hi Emmy,
    As you're a Reckon Accounts Hosted user, please ensure you're logging into the Reckon Portal with your Hosted user name. Do not use a User ID to login unless that is also your user name.

    I have tried to login with my Hosted user name not User ID.

    Hi Rav,
    Can not solve this problem. Should I create a new Portal account ?
