Unable to login to STP app - incorrect email address

Hi Rav,
I've updated the app and tried again to login in and still get the same error message, I don't seem to be able to get out of the loop ..
Hope you can help.

Hi Greg,
I've split your post off into its own thread here so we can tackle it as its unrelated to the wider issues from earlier this week.

In your case, when I look at your account I think the issue is actually related to the email address that was input when the account was first created.
The reason I say this is, when I take a look at it, I can see your ABN is registered into an app account with the email address ending in .con.au rather than .com.au

I'm going to safely assume that's just a mistake right? ie. it needs to be updated.

I won't make any changes yet until I hear back but its a pretty simple fix.

Thanks Rav. Yes, please update the email address I'm also assuming it is consulting@ email address i've used !

Thanks Greg, I've changed it over now to correct it to .com.au

In regard to the email address, I can't really disclose what it is on the public forum here but no its not one that starts in consulting@... but rather one that starts with your first name@

Sorry to be cryptic but hopefully that points you in the right direction.

Sorry my fat fingers typing on a small screen creates problems.
