Hi Greg, I've split your post off into its own thread here so we can tackle it as its unrelated to the wider issues from earlier this week.
In your case, when I look at your account I think the issue is actually related to the email address that was input when the account was first created. The reason I say this is, when I take a look at it, I can see your ABN is registered into an app account with the email address ending in .con.au rather than .com.au
I'm going to safely assume that's just a mistake right? ie. it needs to be updated.
I won't make any changes yet until I hear back but its a pretty simple fix.
