Unable to open a company

Hi ...
I accidentally closed our company file in Reckon Accounts Hosted. When I click on File->Open previous Company or File->Open or Restore Company nothing happens.

Is there a problem with the system at the moment? or have I lost our data?

    Back in to the system ... not sure how ... but all good!

    Sorry for the hassle Belinda, looks like we had a slight hiccup with access earlier this morning which has been resolved. Apologies for that! :(
