Unable to print

I am using Reckon accounts hosted on Internet Explorer and since yesterday, have been unable to print reports/invoices etc.  Doesn't seem to be a problem when using another browser, i.e. Firefox, but Explorer is my preferred browser.

    Hi Sallie.  I am not having any problems with printing using IE.  At what point are things not working for you - not able to get the PDF stage completed, or after that?

    Hi John,

    Seems to be okay now.  Have updated Java so not sure if this is the reason for the fix?
