unable to print from invoice

having trouble printing invoices, the new tab isnt opening and just stays in an 'initailising screen for tewenty mineutes

    Are you experiencing the same issue after logging out and closing the active session(s) via the Hosted control panel?

    Having the same problem also but with all reports.This started happening last Thursday 13th October. Works sometimes.
