Unable to print or delete ONE particular invoice

We transferred to the new version of Quick books hosted, relatively unscathed, and have been doing fine until today.
For some strange reason, we have been unable to print or deleted ONE particular invoice we raised through a sales order yesterday. We cant delete the sales order either.
The message pops up saying" Transaction deleted by another user. Sorry, another user has deleted this sales order . Reckon accounts will remove it.".
The invoice and sales order still appears though, but I cannot make any amendments to it, or delete it> Can anyone help please?

Hi Erdem,

Often in cases like this there is some sort of delay (weird I know!).

So try today to see if you are able to remove it.

Hi Erdem,

A corrupt transaction will sometimes behave this way - if you still can't delete it (even though it tells you that it is) go to :

Chart of Accounts
Accounts Receivable
Scroll up to this invoice - DO NOT OPEN IT
Ctrl D - Message Prompt re Deleting - OK
Then you should be able to re-create as necessary

Thanks for your reply.
I performed the rebuild file/data yesterday, and that seemed to fix the issue. After doing this, the system seems to run faster as well.
All good for the moment.
