Unable to resize columns on invoice or other templates in Reckon Accounts Hosted

I’m unable to resize my column size on my reports and/or any invoice or other transaction templates. How can I fix it?

Neither can I....

It seems that whenever Reckon change how to print reports (so that they go straight to a print screen instead of the extra print command) then I can't change column width on any reports.

Hi Rav, yes I disabled the Touch Screen option in Device Manager.  It didn't make any difference to my reports' column width.  So I re-enabled the Touch Screen, then dragged Reckon from my 2nd screen to my primary screen which is Touch Screen.  Then I used my finger on the screen and it worked (but very sloppily... took a lot of pressing my finger and waiting for the dotted vertical line to appear, then drag wider).  So now I've memorised that report which I need wider columns to view and that seems to have fixed my dilemma for now.

Having the same problem.  It's a hit and miss trying to resize columns - mostly a miss!!! Urgggghh

I am having the issue of not being able to do anything that involves dragging/scrolling the mouse. Is this fixed? I've tried disabling my touch screen (which seems more of a workaround than a fix as I do usually use my touch screen). Is there any better suggestions? It's only been a problem for me since the last update..

Is this getting fixed at all?  Are you even looking at it?  The suggested work around does't work for myself, and others by the looks of this thread.

Please, please, please tell us when this issue is going to be resolved? Reckon obviously knows how to fix it at their end because the exact same thing happened last year and was fixed.

Turned off touch screen fixed all my issues :-)

Turned off touch screen and it is still broken.  Any update on a fix for this guys?
