unable to return to rekon after STP submission

Please help. every time I come back from lodging the STP file, I am not able to get back into the software.The pop up tells me that this user is already logged in.

HI Stephen. When you select "Lodge" to lodge the STP file, get transferred to the Reckon Portal, where you have to log in to Reckon GovConnect. This screen then superimposes itself over the Reckon Desktop. Once you finish your lodgement, you need to close the STP window and when you do this, your Reckon Desktop should appear once again. Is that what you are doing?

Yes agree with John above. When the Reckon portal opens up you have that and Reckon hosted running together. If you shrink the window - top right double box between - and X (I think it's called 'restore down') you should see both windows at the same time. After you lodge the STP just close the Reckon Portal window.1
