Unable to start Reckon: Error. String not found

Reckon Accounts Business on Windows 10.
On startup I get an error message "Error. String not found."
Any hints.

    Hi Phil,
    Which edition of Reckon Accounts are you running?

    Is it a new installation or has it been running ok previously?

    Can you please open your Task Manager and see if there are any processes running related to Reckon Accounts. If there are, please close/End Task them and retry opening your program.

    Any change or still the same issue?
