When I try to import my webconnect file I get:

Reckon is currently unable to verify the financial institution information for this download

How do i get my file to import?

    Hi Lynne,

Are there any special characters in the file name?

If so, can you please try to recreate the file without these characters and try again?

Let me know how you get on

    Cheers
    Rav

    Thanks Lynne,

Can you please recreate the file without the space in the file name and let me know if that proves successful?

Also, I've noticed you've selected the Accounts Hosted option for this thread, just confirming Hosted is the program you're currently using?

    Cheers
    Rav

    Thanks Lynne,

Reckon Accounts Personal imports bank transactions via a QIF file and share transactions through a qfx webconnet file formatted for ANZ Share Invest broker (formerly E*Trade).  Any other formats will be rejected.

Does your file contain bank or share transactions?

    regards,
    John
