undo bank reconciliation

How do you undo a bank rec in Reckon One?

    Hi Aleisha,

    You need to unlock the bank.

    Go to the tool symbol at the end of the bank account.  Change the lock off date to the date that the bank reconciled.  Do any changes necessary then re reconcile the bank and it will lock off again.

    Hello,
    I have done this and yet can still not make edits to the journal that contains the transaction. I have also logged out and logged back in. When I go to the "bank" screen,  the months surrounding (as I went back further than need to, just in case) are all now unlocked but it still won't let me edit.
    Can you please help?
