I was trying to undo a pay run when this error came up:

Please go to the Make Payments Screen, you have to delete the 'Make Payment' for each Employee in the Payrun before you can Undo a Payrun.

Thanks for the suggestion! I don't have any payments listed as we are currently transitioning from our old system and have been using the old system to make payments while setting up this one. Thank you, though!

You are trying to Undo the Payrun. When you first 'Finished' the payrun, did you go to Make Payments to allocate the Net pays to the bank account?

No, I didn't - I just finished the payrun and left it at that.
I've been experimenting with Reckon for a few months now and have made and undone several payruns in the past.
I'm quite puzzled, so thank you for helping me nut this out!

Just realised, its probably not anything you can fix. You might be able to keep perservering, or just give up for the day and try again tomorrow.

The error message is a little suspicious as it doesn't look like a regular prompt when going through the 'Undo Payrun' action.
Can you please give our Reckon One support team a call so we can take a closer look into this with you? We're at 1300 RKN ONE (1300 756 663)

Thanks for responding! I got a bit frustrated so left it for a couple of days but I just tried again and can undo it now. Not quite sure what happened - is there a limit to how many payruns I can undo in a day?

No there are no limits in place for undoing payruns, glad to hear it's working.

Just letting you know that the same error just popped up.
I logged on, finished a pay run and then attempted to undo a different pay run when the error occurred. I haven't done anything else.
I don't really mind, as none of this is urgent, but I thought it might be helpful for you to know to help troubleshoot in the future should this occur again.
I'll try it again another day and if the error continues to occur I'll post here.

Just letting you know that it's still happening from time to time with different functions. I tend to just leave it for a few days and hope for the best.
