Unknown Username or Password error

I am having trouble to log in to Reckon Accounts Hosted... 

It returns the error messsage "Unknown username or password."  I have tried to reset it, but even with the new password received in the email it still won't work.

Anyone having similar problem?

    Cannot login to Hosted today Sunday 14 Dec 2014. Get error message Unknown Username or Password.
    I have been using the same logon details since changing to Hosted a few months ago.

    Any one else having trouble today?

    Hey Robin, unaware of this occurrence since the August change over. Are you still having trouble getting in?

    It is fixed now, thanks.
    Oddly it worked last Friday but not on Sunday or today. Support had to reset my password.
    No explanation of what has happened or why.

    Curiouser and curiouser! Keep me updated via email (community@reckon.com) if this ever occurrence again, I'd love to pass on feedback to our developers to investigate. ^Mirko

    I am also having this issue and am wondering if I have to wait until Monday to resolve
