unlink abn due to incorrect email

please unlink my abn  as the email address linked to it is no longer accessible. we now have a new email address i want to use and i cannot make a new reckon app account with the new email address whilst this one is still linked

Hi Trevor, 
What is the ABN you have registered into the app account? Have you sent any submissions to the ATO for it as yet?
If so, then I can't delete it from the app account but instead to update the email address you can do the following;

- Logout of the app and close it in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps.

- Head over to the Reckon Portal HERE and sign in with the current email address & password for your app account.

- Click on 'Profile' in the top right corner and you'll be able to update your email address to the new one here. Save it.

- Sign in to the app using the new email address.

Please note, the above will only work if the NEW email address you are changing to has not been registered yet for an account.

abn 28604715478  and yes i already set up a reckon account with the new email address so you will need to unlink it so i can relink it to the new account

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
I can't delete or unlink your ABN because there have been submissions sent already as previously mentioned.
Instead though, if you can let me know the new CORRECT email address you are attempting to change over to I will see if I can make the change for you on my end.

the correct email address is: keylineautos@gmail.com can you please link the abn to this reckon account.

Hi Trevor,
The email address for your app account has been updated to keylineautos@gmail.com

If you are logged into any app account at the moment, please logout (Settings > Logout) and then swipe the app away from your running apps. 
Reopen the app and login with the above email address and you'll be able to access your usual account.

i kept getting an error - i deleted the app and reinstalled it but it does not open on the log in page it just comes up asking for the abn - i enter this and then select correct details it then comes up with an error - refer attached pic

can you please action asap as i have been trying to have this fixed for over 2 weeks now and reckon will not help me on
