Unrecoverable error - Code 1416286089

Hi,

When I open a memorized transaction and I want to save it. I get this error:

"Reckon Account has experiences a problem and must be shut down. We apologize for the inconvenience"

Code: 1416286089

I have to try few times until I can edit and save a memorized transaction without shutting Reckon down.

Any ideas or please let me know how to fix it?

Hi Daniela,


That error indicates that your data file has sustained damage in the area of the data file that stores the memorised transaction template records.

If you are able to view the Memorised Transaction list successfully, then it shows that the issue is present only in one or more of the memorised transaction template records.

If cannot view the Memorised Transaction List, yet transactions are still being generated correctly from previously stored memorised transaction templates, then the issue is localised to the List itself and not the memorised transaction template records.

This issue is likely able to be resolved via a data file repair operation.

We would first recommend that you attempt to use the built-in Rebuild Data function of the Reckon Accounts software.
