UNRECOVERABLE ERROR

When I try to edit a cheque I have written I get an unrecoverable error 16681 78290 and Reckon shuts down.  Can any one HELP???

    Hi Tiffany, refer this Knowledge Base article. http://kb.reckon.com.au//issue_view.asp?ID=5075 Different error number but it may be related. Did you have any reports open in the background when the error occurred? I have a customer reporting the same error today. I will investigate over the weekend and let you know what I found.
