Unrecoverable Error: 19715 92525

I have just installed Reckon Accounts, but every time I try to open it, I get an Unrecoverable Error Code 19715 92525.  I've tried reinstalling with no success.

    Try cleaning out your registry and doing a defrag before reinstalling

    I've reinstalled and now get an error:
    Cannot find the language resource file (dblgen9.dll).
    I click ok and then get Unrecoverable Error Code 19931 53869

    Hey Martin, please email me at Community@Reckon.com, and I'll send you a copy of my dblgen9.DLL and instructions of where to paste it. Thanks, Mirko

    It's no longer saying it can't find dblgen9.dll but I still get Unrecoverable Error Code 19931 53869.

    Hey Martin, are you getting the error code above, when opening the software or the company file?

    Opening the software.  I still haven't opened it, so I haven't got a company file.
