I am a contract bookkeeper and one of the companies who I do books for is now being audited by the ATO. In January 2016 they switched from the QBooks Plus 2011-12 system to the QBooks online system. Some of the info I need from 2015 is stored on a backup so all good there but I am unable to access it as their Plus2011-12 version has been scrapped. How can I access this info to pull off the reports for ATO? I downloaded the trial version but it is asking for an activation key?? Please help
