8am NZ time logged in , working, no data lost. Big relief after a very frustrating day yesterday. Please announce updates in the future for us to schedule work and not to get frustrated with not working software & time loss. We are all in business big or small and time is valuable! Running the own business has enough challenges, we pay for the hosted software and want to use it rather than get challenged even more.

I've just logged in also! But had to use an Admin username not my normal one! What a mission, all looks ok but can't print directly? It thinks it's printing then says I can view as PDF, which I do then print from that screen....!

Yep. The menu in Reckon should be called what it is. Doing ... PDF create. It's so counter-intuitive to call it print when it's creating a PDF... Which you then have to right click mouse to find a print function.

I would not count my chickens just yet. The system is still not stable and now the tab is going backwards again. 5 mins of an operating system and now back to struggle street. How about a roll back to the old citrix platform. Hard to log onto but it worked.
