Update? Already updated!

Reckon Accounts Hosted.
The 2015 version is available, but we haven"t updated yet.
I open the 2014 file version on the back office computer no problems.
However, at the front desk, when I go to open the same file, I get that "you need to update the company file' notice. As though we HAD updated!  That same computer has been running the same version of that file since the previous update came out. The back office IS running the previous version. 
So what the heck's going on?
Of course, its the weekend so I cant ring tech support!!

    nope. both users trying to open the same file. Multi-user was set so that's not it either. One user can open it in the 2014 R4 version. Other user tries to open it in the same version and is told the first user is using an older version and must upgrade.
    Mirko on FB just told me to log the second user out through the control panel and try again.
    That seems to have worked.
