Hi Yuen, Can you please try this; Add in your name in the contact name fields and save it > Logout of the app > Log back in and go into Company > You may notice it says TBC again. Edit it one more time and add your name in both fields and then Save.
Doing the above, hopefully should add in your name correctly but please let me know how you go.
I had the same problem and the solution worked for me... once I found this post. Hope the bug is updated by Reckon in a new release very soon because it still exists 4 months after the helpful work-around above.
