Update from Reckon - How to set our custom Remittance advice as the default?

This is the reply from Reckon Customer Service re when they will be sorting out the Custom Remittance Advice issue - not very helpful:

"Thank you for contacting Reckon.

We really understand your concern and apologize for the inconvenience.

As of now we don't have an official update on the software release with the fix implemented.
Once it will be updated we will notify the same.

At this stage we can only suggest you with the work around as to select the template from the drop down list."

Yep pretty poor... I mean its not like people have been asking for years for this 'fix'. Oh wait, you did ask 2 years ago! and then 10 months ago.

So its not even on the road map to be 'fixed'. A simple fix to a feature customers use daily, would make MANY customers life happier and after 2 years, not even scheduled.

So we won't see this fix in RA2017 about to be released, so maybe mid 2018 when RA2018 is released, is there hope? Tell me there is Jason! That focus group better ask for this feature! So make sure you invite Alison to the party!!

I'm so perplex that Reckon needs a focus group on what to do with RA, so many 'repeat' requests here, I could list 10 that would make a bucket load of customers happy and none of them require a major rewrite! Oh well.
