Updating share price information

I cannot seem to get updated Stock exchange quotes.

 

I have tested it with an older backup file (from October 2017) and it works perfectly with that data file; so I'm hoping its an issue with the current data file.

I'm using Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2019. O.S Windows 10 Pro x64

Much appreciated if you could get back to me as soon as possible.

    Is this affecting ALL of your shares in your current file or a select few?

    It is affecting ALL the shares .It stopped updating in November 2017--worked perfectly until then.
    A notice says it doesnt recognise the ASX codes
    There must be a place to correct this--tick or untick somewhere
