Updating STP payments as a result of JobKeeper back payment top ups

I am quite new to reckon and am therefore having a little difficulty in navigating it all.
Recently the not for profit I am involved in became eligible for the JobKeeper program. So yesterday after reading all of your posts I have gone through and re-done the last 2 fortnightly pays, but I am wondering how I now update these that had previously had the STP processed?
Any help would be greatly appreciated for this complete novice!

Hi Jess - did you watch the webinar? this may help you to check everything you have done... but for your specific question - you can lodge an Update event for the STP that you previous processed. Choose Update in Reckon and then choose the Update option when uploading the file to Reckon GovConnect.2
