Hi. Having read many problems with Windows 10, I'm a bit hesitant to upgrade and if I do, should it be before or after upgrading to Reckon 2016

Hi,
We had upgraded virtually all our PC's from Win 7 or Win 8 to Windows 10 and it was pretty painless. No issues with Reckon at all but we are using Chrome. I have heard that there are issues with Microsoft Edge and if you don't want to use Chrome or Firefox then you might need to download and install the latest version of Internet Explorer and use this instead of Edge. But Win10 and Chrome works like a dream0 -

You will need to turn on .Net 3.5 in Control PanelJohn Peppas

BACKUP everything FIRST. I can not stress that enough. And do it when you have heaps of time - just in case. It took one guy 3 hrs to get the printer working so as he was Windows 10 64 bit.. I'd do it before upgrading reckon.0
