Upgrading from Accounts 2017 to Hosted 2018

I have just set up a new company file - the current version I am using is Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2017. I am considering changing from this to Reckon Accts Hosted 2018. before I do my first payroll for 2018/19 as I need to upgrade to 2018 anyway to get the tax tables. What is the easiest way to do this ?
