upload error message incorrect company name or ABN

Hi, I have just set-up for STP for Reckon Desktop and have an upload error message saying incorrect company name or ABN.  I have noticed that the company address hasn't uploaded

Hi Julie,
The cause of this error is because the legal details in your Reckon software don't match EXACTLY what is displayed in GovConnect. A common trip up is the upper/lower case characters, special characters, branch number etc.

Are you using Reckon Accounts or Reckon Accounts Hosted? If so, check out more info in this article here -

Hi Rav, thanks for replying to my query.  I have checked that, but will check again.  I noticed in the Gov Connect that the company's address didn't upload, could this be the problem?  If it is how to do  I correct this?  I'm using Reckon Accounts and have the 2019 release.  Thanks for the link, I checked it out but I have all the details correct except for the address.  Regards Julie
