Hi Julie, The cause of this error is because the legal details in your Reckon software don't match EXACTLY what is displayed in GovConnect. A common trip up is the upper/lower case characters, special characters, branch number etc.
Hi Rav, thanks for replying to my query. I have checked that, but will check again. I noticed in the Gov Connect that the company's address didn't upload, could this be the problem? If it is how to do I correct this? I'm using Reckon Accounts and have the 2019 release. Thanks for the link, I checked it out but I have all the details correct except for the address. Regards Julie
