I set up bank data feeds and all was going well. I then manually added data from the 1st of July up until the last transaction on my bank feed. All the manually uploaded data is there but the bank feed data has disappeared. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Tash , I had a similar problem months ago when some the bank feed was "gone".
You should check Settings, General , Businesses Settings and in the field BankData -retrieve last should be 365 days.Worked for me.
It was only activated at the start of April so anything prior to activation date won't load via the bank feeds. this is the reason why I manually uploaded the start of the year up until activation date. (Helped via tech support) but the bank feed since activation to current has all disappeared and it's no longer working.
Currently set at 60 days but only been Active for a few days.
