URGENT - Account expired, no idea why? I need to login now to get some work done

I cant sign into my Reckon Accounts Hosted as it says it has expired. I logged into the eStore and there are no unpaid invoices so I don't understand why I cant log in. I need to do work today and need access. I tried calling support but it is out of hours. Can anyone help??

    Just so you know, I rang  tech support this morning and the problem was fixed in 2 minutes.  So I think your scare tactics of "being in trouble" is a bit ridiculous now Kevin!!
