Urgent help needed

I am running as admin and in compatibility mode windows XP (service pack2) on windows 7 home premium can not upgrade to Reckon 2014 QB 2002 has problem accessing the fonts section of the registry

Hi Daryl,
Sorry to hear you're having difficulties. If you are installing QuickBooks 2002 from the Reckon Accounts 2014 CD click here:http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5026 and follow this guide on how to install it in Compatibility mode. If using a download you will need to run the QuickBooks2002.exe file in compatibility mode for XP Service Pack 2 or 3. I realize you said you have done this already, but you must have missed something or done something incorrectly or it would work. Although the article is for Reckon Accounts 2013 it will also work for 2014.
