Hi, In RAH I need to share my file with our Auditor who requires access for maybe 3 months. Is there a cheaper way than purchasing an annual license for him to use?

Just let him use your login details and make sure you are not both logging in at the same time. Or setup a user for him so he only has access to the areas he needs. No cost involved, only drawback is that you can’t both be using it at the same time

Jane.  If your Auditor already has a licence for Hosted in their own practice, as seems to be the case for many Auditors these days, you can share your file and they will use their own licence to gain access, which again would be at no cost to you.  If that was the case, you could run Hosted in multi user mode and both use the file at the same time.

    Hi

They need to provide you with their client ID, and there is a link to follow so yes they can use/pay for being a user without you having to pay for one more..

Hope that helps, as I will need to do this also .l.
