users receiving emails for renewal

Some users of reckon online in our company receive emails from reckon hosted saying that other users have been renewed.
There are even some people who don't have an account with reckon in our firm that receive these emails. How can I change the email settings so that only 1 person in the company receives these emails?

Hi Jeremy,
We'll need to update the registered email address for your users to the one address.

Can you send me the Customer ID, business name, along with ALL the email addresses that are receiving these emails.
Also include the email address that needs to be the recipient.

Alternatively, I believe this can be updated in the Hosted control panel if you're the Admin.
