Using Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2015. Payment Summaries overstating salary sacrifice amounts

I am using Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2015. My Payment Summaries are not picking up the correct salary sacrifice amounts. It is overstating the contribution. I can see no apparent reason. If I go back into the pays and delete the SS and re-enter it adjusts it but it is hit and miss. Any ideas?
