Using transaction rules removes transaction reference number

When I allocate a match using a transaction rule I want to keep the refence number for the transaction but currently it removes that field. Is there any way to maintain that feel when accepting the matches?

    Options
    try to copy reference number first, before matching and paste afterwards.
