Very disappointed with the lack of information regarding the 2017 upgrade instructions for Hosted. My staff spent a day and a half trying to get it working despite phone calls to tech support - who were very rude. Not happy. It took many hours of researching the community help to discover that I had to share the company file after the back up and restore. Then we discovered that we had to re-do our invoice templates etc. There has to be an easier way. Now going to devote my time to researching a better programme.
