View Only Roles Unable to Print

The View-Only access does not allow the viewer to print any reports at all - it is a problem because I have Departments heads who would like to print their own reports or transaction listing but is unable to do so.  Could you please advise if this is on the to-do list?  Thanks.

    You can modify the permissions of the View-Only role.

    Company    Users     Setup Users and Roles

    Click on the Role List

    Scroll down to the View-Only role and select Edit.

    For each area where you want them to be able to print tick the Print option

    Or you can set up new roles and allocate permissions as you like if you want only certain people to be able to print certain reports.

    Then assign that role to them.

    Users can have multiple Roles.

    Oh - is this for the Hosted version?  I rang support and they said it couldn't be done.
