vpn busy in reckon elite

Regularly in Reckon Elite when I am trying to lodge via ELS I get an error message telling me the VPN is busy and to try again later. Elite Practices then hangs and you have to use CTL-ALT-DLT to get out of it. Now its done it permanently and I cannot lodge via ELS. Can anyone help as Elite Practices support has not got back to me for over 4 days

We are also facing the same problem since last few months. However, we are still able to lodge thro' ELS.

Hi Peter,

Please use this link to remove the vpn and use the same link to install the Anyconnect and it would resolve the issue.
