We have just transferred over to Wageloch Roster/TimeClock software. We have had a couple of issues arise with the importing of timeclock data which we would seek some guidance on.
1. Wageloch doesn't like the middle initial field completed in the employee card on ReckonHosted. We have deleted them all from existing records but wondering if the middle initial field can be hidden from view to prevent it being added in the future?
2. The data has to be transferred via a IIF file which requires the file to be in single user mode which is a pain having to kick everyone out in the middle of a working day. Is there any work around this? Could the time data somehow be imported like a bank statement?
