I need to setup 4 or so different warehouses for 30+ items. What is the best way to do this in Reckon Hosted

The way we did it was to create an ITEM named after the warehouse location eg: Bendigo. Then duplicate your stock items (eg: Glass-Drinking Beer), but make the duplicate item a "Sub Item" of Bendigo. You have to do this for every stock item and then for every warehouse. This creates a set of Items that are unique to that warehouse location. To do stock transfers use the "Adjust Quantity on Hand" or when raising a purchase orders specify which Warehouse/Item combination you are buying for. Ship to addresses can be set up under the main company information.
Let me know if this is what you are after, and if you need further details.1 -
