Warning message

Good afternoon, I have just tried to log on to my Reckon Accounts hosted and I have received a warning message stating that my list of usernames and passwords have been tampered with or damaged. Could you please advise my best course of action. Last week my computer hard drive had been corrupted and is with our IT support. I am trying to login on another computer. Thanks Kris

This is starting to get a bit weird.  Previously, I had only ever heard of this occurring on the Hosted platform.  Yesterday I received this same message on my Desktop version.   Whilst I can understand that there could be some issues with Hosted, are you suggesting Rav, that there is some check which the Desktop version also makes from time to time or at each login?  I did not receive the same message today when using the desktop program
