WE NEED SOME ANSWERS...............not "We are working on the problem"...........PLEASE

How long can this go on for?...........how are we supposed to run a business when we cannot get access to our accounts?  Someone will have to pay for this down time to businesses.  Surely a company like Reckon would have tested and re-tested before going live with a major update.

A little patience everyone.  I understand the frustration as a BAS agent and with over 60 clients using Reckon hosted and the deadline for all BAS's due Monday week, I am trying not to get stressed. :-)
