Well this is a mess, isn't it. All I see is a black screen. Client unable to even get that far.

Unable to log in means unable to do any work, which means unable to earn any money. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially at the price you charge.

I think Reckon would be a lot better off lowering everyone's expectations. If we all knew that what we were signing up to was:
- a totally unreliable connection service
-poor service
-no communication on when there were issues etc etc,
 then at least we wouldn't get grumpy. But then again we probably wouldn't sign up in the first place, and Reckon know this so they need to lie to us about what Reckon can deliver. Seriously considering paying the extra money and going with something reliable like Xero.

if you carry stock saasu is a better option then xero
