Hi everyone,

As you may have noticed, EOFY is upon us!

No doubt, your workload has picked up as you try to wrap up your books, complete payment summaries and upgrade your software.
We value your time, and have made some changes to our phone system to allow you to request a callback rather than sitting on hold waiting! 
If our wait times are growing, you will be presented with the option to press 1 and leave your preferred number to call you back on. Of course, if you would rather wait on line, that's fine too.

You will keep your place in the queue, and when the next agent is free we will be in touch. If you miss our call, don't stress, we will try up to 6 times to reach you.

Call-backs will be made between Monday to Friday, 9:00AM and 7:00PM (AEST).
