I Have had the worst ever customer service from RECKON

They promise me a call back and it never comes

The Sales Team promised me support to upgrade from an old version to the latest version and I AM STILL NOT UP AND RUNNING PROPERLY

I have lost Hours and Days and Reckon DOES NOT CARE !


I have rung 3 times now and asked to speak to a manager

and no luck in being put through to one

and no phone calls back either

Hi Marlene, 

I don't know how to upgrade from the old version either, but if you include some more details regarding your reckon software that you using, then someone in here might be able to help you out.

What is the name of the reckon software are you using? Is it Reckon One, Enterprise, Point of Sale?
What year is it?
What computer you are using?
Are you using window server? 

Also, the best thing I could think of at this moment is that you should hire an IT professional if you are using window server, as you need to go throw different process of upgrading in a server to make it work for other users.
