What does error code (-6129, -101) in hosted mean?

I can't get into my clients file as it comes up with this error? Is there a problem with hosted at the moment?

    Hi Marilyn,

    Thanks for the alert on this one.  We found an issue with one of our servers and have addressed it. 

    Please log out of your file and this session (File > Exit).  Check in the Control Panel under Log off Remote Sessions, and if still logged in, log it off.  Then start up again and you should be able to successfully access your client's file.
