What do I do if I have made an error with the Company name?

If you have made an error with the company name and have already received the A.C.N for the company, the only way to have the name changed is by lodging the form 205 with ASIC and paying the fee (this fee applies even if you have only missed a letter in a word)

Contact a Reckon Docs customer service representative ASAP on 1300 139 001 and inform them of the error that has been made, Reckon Docs will then be responsible for lodging the necessary forms with ASIC and replacing all necessary documents at no charge.

 

What do I do if I have made an error within the company?

If you have made an error with any of the information provided upon registration with ASIC the standard procedure is to lodge a form 492 with ASIC to amend and notify them of the changes, Reckon Docs can then re-print the necessary documents for you for a small fee of $55, or you can make the changes through-out the documents yourself.
