what does it mean when c239 comes up when entering a new employee

Hi Paddy, welcome to the Reckon Community. Thanks for your post, is there a pop up that shows? Any further error code? Could you please post up a screenshot so we can see what is going on. I tried to run a search on c239  in the knowledge browner articles but found nothing, so further info might be beneficial. Cheers, Mirko
