whats going on

i have tried to open reckon hosted and it came up with not recognizing my password, so got new one, then enter that and now i get a white screen with invalid credentials check your account name and password. These are all correct and rang technical support and said they are at copassity. whats going on?

Sorry to hear you had some trouble in getting access to your Hosted service this afternoon.
Could you do me a favour and try accessing Hosted once more and this time ensure that you're typing in your password manually ie. not copying/pasting from anywhere else.
Please let me know if you're able to access the service normally after this.

Hi yes i have been able to get onto it now with new password. thankyou i dont know what happened before but its scary seeing only a white screen and not your company file. i had tried manually entering it three times to no avail.

To resolve the issue, follow the support article below.
DATA RECOVERY: Error message is "Invalid credentials. Check your account name and password" when launching Reckon Accounts Hosted
