WHAT'S WRONG WITH HOSTED?

I can get access to hosted but my mouse is disabled. It works in every other application. I can't use my keyboard in hosted either. I can't ring tech support because its not answering.

Hi Kevin,
Just tested it out but not getting the same result (using a USB connected mouse).

Are you using a connected mouse or wireless? 
Sorry to ask the basic but can you unplug it and then retry as the first port of call.

Rav I always use a wireless mouse and I never have this problem.

I am also using a USB connected mouse and keyboard and both are working for me.   Fingers crossed that I haven't cursed myself by posting here!

Kevin, I am also not having problems.  I seem to recall something like this happening a long time ago.
A couple of other suggestions for you - swap browsers or re-start windows.  I know that this doesn't make much sense if they are working elsewhere, but sometimes the irrational works.

John this is all sorted. The  Hosted server was broken. I got a message about it about it an hour ago. I got an email from Margaret in Tech support

Excellent - pleased to hear that it was resolved.  Thanks for letting know of another little idiosyncrasy that can occur.
